Please do hot foamentation.and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and rub gently to squeeze out thesis. Take oral antibiotic and anti inflammatory tab e.g. tab ciplox 250 one tab and diclogesic1/2tab twice daily.

Hello These look like hordeolum externum Try A.  Warm compresses B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins C use systemic antibiotic This may Recur if lid hygiene is not properly maintained
