I mate an accident before 3.5 month back and my right hand elbow get broken, I operate in hosmat hospital,But I am not able to do my hand straight and complete fold.

You need to undergo Elbow mobilization and have to do exercises to improve range and flexibility. Consult with a physio at your area in person.
