Right earache & jawline pain

Hello iam 34 year old woman since 3 days iam suffering from. Continuous medium pain in my right ear and jawline. Not t able to even chew the food properly cause of pain. I have taken imol plus tablet, after taking this tablet I feel little bit relieved for atleast 6 to 8 hours. But after that it returns and hurts. Iam in a middle of a holiday and far from any good Dr near by so please help me out.
