Hi, I am Dr. Atul Kumar Nimawat MS ENT. Your symptoms suggest a possible chronic otitis externa or fungal ear infection (otomycosis). Itching, blockage, and white discharge are classic signs. Position-related symptoms may indicate retained moisture or mild middle ear involvement. Avoid inserting objects into the ear and keep it dry.
Next Steps
ENT specialist for ear examination and cleaning.
