Right ear feels blocked while cleaning it with ear buds.. It is painful too.. What should I do now? Applying water on it also feels painful..

since you have mentioned about use of ear buds its likely that you have infection of external ear canal. usually it occurs secondary to ear manipulation or entry of infected water. you need to stop using ear buds and also needs to use antibiotic with antifungal ear drops.. kindly consult nearby ENT specialist for complete examination of ear and appropriate treatment
