Right chest pain for 10 months

I have right sided chest pain for last 10 months without cough and breathlessness. Got 3 breast ultrasounds, 3 MRI, 2 XRay, 2 Echo, ECG but all came normal. Can any lung problem persist without cough and breathlessness ?

Extremely unlikely that chest pain would be due to some lung anomaly it would have come on some imaging. can be musculoskeletal

Hello Pain in chest can be due to many reasons and can be present without cough and breathlessnes Have you checked your vit D levels in blood Was CT chest done
