I have a right hand arm joint pain very bad, couldn't sleep whole night...please advise immediate pain relief...

Hi there...you can take a combination of diclofenac, serratiopeptidase, paracetamol combination twice daily after food for immediate pain relief. If you have any gastritis issues, then take only paracetamol 650 mg twice daily after food. Give rest to the hand and do cold compresses. Also the cause for the pain should be found Out and treated accordingly. So kindly visit a orthopedic for further evaluation.
