I am 23 years old girl who is having trouble in periods underwent usg of whole abdomen it shows right adrenal myelolipoma what does this mean ? Do I need to show a doctor? Is it serious?

It depends on size of myelolipoma. Ideally you should be completely evaluated for adrenal incidentaloma.
