Rib Pain spreading too my shoulder

I have had pain in my ribs for nearly a month and half now the pain is not going anywhere just giving me shoulder pain and I am getting out of breath easy I havent seen my GP or gone too the hospital yet? What shall I do? Dont wanna go incase I am wasting their time

It could be myofascial pain which may get referred to shoulder Which side is affected Rt or Lt rule out cardiac cause If you want you can consult me with your reports
