I got my blood test report where ESR is 20 and creatine is 0.57 where as in microscopic urine some blood is found Is there any danger ?

are you a diagnosed case of Rheumatoid arthritis? if yes, what drugs are you on? it is not possible to only come to a conclusion on the basis of just the reports. it has to be correlated with your symptoms.
