I got my blood test report where ESR is 20 and creatine is 0.57 where as in microscopic urine some blood is found

are you a diagnosed case of Rheumatoid arthritis? if yes, what drugs are you on? it is not possible to only come to a conclusion on the basis of just the reports. it has to be correlated with your symptoms.

Microscopic hematuria (blood in urine) may occur due to many reasons. While in most cases, it may not be serious, it does require further evaluation to rule out any serious pathology.
