Hello Since every patient is different it cant be predicted how much the condition will improve with treatment. For example patients with hormonal problems like hypothyroidism who have already taken synthetic thyroid hormones in form of allopathic medicine are some what difficult to be permanently cured. Similarly if you have developed structural deformity of joints due to rheumatoid arthritis then that cant be completely reversed to normal. Migraine on the other hand even if old cases responds well to homoeopathy. But as i said every patient is different and allopathic medicines only leads to life long dependence on medications and their side effects you should definitely try homoeopathy for you problems.
