I have some small white lumps at the back of my throat, I had fever and consulted a doctor and fever was gone and throat pain decreased after medications but a week later the white lumps returned with some ear pain which again healed after same midications ....it has been 3 weeks now the lumps are again returning and right now I do not have much pain while swallowing but slight cough ..... can I be sure it's just due to weather change and not anything else???
I advice you try with salt - lemon -turmeric- honey gargle.
Two pinch turmeric
1 tea spoon salt
Half lemon
1 tea spoon honey
In 100 ml of Luke warm water.
Gargle - 3-4 times a day.
Also green test with ginger will also help.
Like my learned colleague here mentioned, it is most probably pseudomembranous pharyngotonsillitis where the thick viscous pus generated in the tonsillar crypts form a pseudomembrane coating over tonsils, throat and over tongue base.
Hi
looks like membranous tonsillitis from the information you shared.
however can be a fungal infection too
consult your ENT specialist for perfect diagnosis and treatment
I have irritation in throat and small pimples on throat from 1 week or more, on right side of throat.
