Retroverted uterus

I have a retroverted uterus.. had my Tvs to day and only gestational sac was seen and no definite foetal pole or sac seen.. as per tvs foetus is 6 wks. My last Lmp was on 19 march 2018. Are there any chances that Tvs could not cathch foetus being very small and my uterus being retroverted. Plz suggest.. praying for positive and miracle
