Retroplacental Haemorrhage at 8 week pre

During my first ultrasound scan it's found that I have retroplacental haemorrhage of 1cm, doctor have prescribed progesterone and complete rest for 2 weeks. How dangerous is this RPH for the fetus. Are there any other treatments?
