Hello doctor , I'm 24 weeks pregnant I did my Anomaly scan 2 weeks before d scan showed Retroplacental clot of vol 6ml and d area shows cystic dengeneration , I dint bleed till now , will this clot heal on its own?? Or will this clot affect my baby are myself ??? Is there any complications??? What should I do ??? M very tensed plz guide me
