Hi , I recently got a kidney stone of 6mm and got few medicines to get it cured .. one is urimax tablet and the other one contiflo icon .. I took these tablets two weeks before and now I am facing a weird issue .. I am getting pre cum but at the time of orgasm not seeing enough sperms coming out .. month before I was completely fine .. how should I fix it .. pls help
