What should be the minimum visual field to be considered as visually impaired??I am at -22 can I apply for being a visually impaired?

If visual field in the your better eye is less than 20 degree then your are legally blind as per definition. Therefore I am pretty sure you will come under the visually impaired category according to your field of vision
