I have retinal hole and lattice degeneration... Cylindrical power of -0.50(left) & -0.25(right).. What is the risk?? Always need to wear glasses or not?

Hello A.  As your power is very small.... You may avoid using these glasses if there is no headache or other visual symptoms B.  Chances of retinal detachment are less... Difficult to give you a value but it may be around 2-3%
