Retinal Haemorrhage

2020-09-04 07:01:06
Due to 4 haemoglobin count I had an eye stroke and started having blurry vision suddenly. I have been given 2 units of blood through IV. My eye specialist has been keeping me on medication for retinal recovery. Can eye drops and tablets medications help remove the blood clots and help heal retinal haemorrhage naturally? Or should I get a second opinion?

As already advised u need to see a retina specialist ASAP. only then it can be determined if you need any additional treatment . Treatment decision depends on the extent of hemorrhage and it's location whether critical or non critical.

You have already been advised to see a retina specialist. Treatment will be planned by them. Recovery depends on extent and duration of disease and general condition too..
