I had blurred vision due to retinal haemorrhage and underwent vitrectomy.. after few months of clear vision, blurred vision is back.. what could be the possible causes? Should I undergo surgery again? What are the side effects?

Recurrent bleed can occur after vitrectomy You need to get back to your primary surgeon. One can wait for rebleed to clear for about a month as it clears earlier in vitrectomized eye. If doesn't clear u may need vitreous lavage. Having said that if the rebleed is thick u need ultrasound
