Many conditions can cause this vitreous haemorrhage. At your age, I would like to rule out trauma, Eales disease. Is your blood pressure alright, you have not given your height and weight. Do you have any eye power? Did you have any health issues immediately after birth?
Next Steps
You need to have a thorough eye and general check up along with investigations. If you are based in Bengaluru please walk in to our centre otherwise you can consult in person locally.
Health Tips
do not lift any heavy weights, if you are having c ough or constipation please get it treated urgently as they can cause recurrent bleeding.
