If d retina of the eye is displaced from its position.. And the eye sight numbr is of very high power with cylindrical numbr.. Is d lasic surgery posible to get the proper eyesight back??

No 1. LASIK will not be good for very high number...phakic IOL is better option 2. Even with that visual prognosis depends on potential of retina
