Resuturuing done on 10 days back and Today swelling with some fluid discharge (not pus) has been observed. Kindly suggest when to cut the stiches or any suggestion? How much approx time it will take to heal. Thankyou!

You can clean with betadine solution and apply T bact ointment twice a day for 4 days
