This is my result of sputum i just want to ask if what is the meaning of this result please help ke understand,thank u DIRECT SPUTUM SMEAR MICROSCOPY FOR AFB collection firstday visual appearance : purulent reading: 1+ positive laboratory diagnosis: positive Collection second day visual appearance: purulent reading: no acid fast bacilli seen laboratory diagnosis: negative
