Hi. I understand your concern s. I would suggest you to stop smoking as it is very harmful. Your breathlessness is due to it. It has already caused some damage . You will need to undergo a pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest.
