I would advise you to meet a psychiatrist if you're having troubled times in your personal life which is causing your disturbed mind and having other phobias. Having an expert opinion before seeking any underlying medical cause is important. Remember mental health is just as important as any form of health. Don't think of any social stigma and take help as required and it will improve your condition.
