When I checked thru one of the app, my resting heart rate is always more than 85... sometimes crossing 100...I am taking lumia 60k , efem , absolute women capsules on advice of doctor...is this a serious issue?... I am also experiencing depression for nothing...

U need to see a cardiologist and get an ecg and echo done to confirm that’s it’s all normal
