Hi, I was diagnosed with PCOD 10 years back and with thyroid 3 years back. Homeopathic and alopathy yreatment did not work at all. After 1 year of ayurvedic treatment i have observed positive effect. Doctor asked me to go for USG Abdomen/pelvis sonography. Here is result:- 1. Right overy 50x21x38 mm volume 21cc 2. Left overy 38x25x43mm volume 21.9 cc 3. Both overies are bulky 4. Right para overian cyst of size 64x34x55 mm volume 64 cc My treatment is going on but just want to is this something serious issue? We are 0lanning for baby after 3 months.

Hello , Don't worry about ovarian volume... Para ovarian cyst needs to be observed... if increase in size or sudden pain... it needs surgical intervention. Thanq.

It's PCO. Ovarian volume is high. U ll need supression with contraceptive pills for 3months. Might need surgery for paraovarian cyst if it's increasing in size in 3months. Keep follow up.
