Report: Endometrium is central, measures 6mm in thickness. No definite intrauterine gestational sac seen in present examination. Myometrical echogencity appears uniform. What does this mean? Am I pregnant or not?

For early pregnancy get a beta HCG test. Sac is not visible  in early pregnancy many a times.
