Report: Single intra uterine gestational sac seen at fundus. GESTATIONAL SAC having regular margins with dense chorionic tissue all around. No sign of subchorionic hemorrhage though small amount of blood noted in lower cavity. Single fetal pole seen in GS. CROWN RUMP LENGTH (CRL) - 1.69 cm Gestational age by USG = 08 weeks 01 day «< GA by LMP EDD - Not applicable FHR- Absent cardiac activity FETAL MOVEMENT - Not present LIQUOR- ADEQUATE. MATERNAL- Internal os - closed, Cervical length- 3.44 cm. Bilateral ovaries not identified. No adnexal mass noted. Liver, GB and kidneys are normal in size and texture. OPINION: Findings are suggestive of single intra uterine fetus of 08 weeks 01 day without cardiac activity: MISSED ABORTION. Adv- Follow up as advised. Could you please help me with further treatment should my sister go to hospital or just continue with tablets
