AMH  is a hormone secreted by eggs in the ovaries.Its level correspond to the quantity of eggs present in the ovaries.it is a very sensitive predictor of ovarian reserve.AMH levels above 2.5 are considered optimum for natural pregnancy.a low AMH indicates decreases fertility and need for assisted conception.in your case AMH HAS FALLEN BELOW 1 which indicates need for immediate IVF as weak egg will not be able to fertilise on its own and needs help in form of ivf
