Hi, Is there any replacement available for Aconitum Nap 200 without the alcohol as it contains 90% v/v alcohol? I have been prescribed this for depression/anxiety with two other medicines. Please see the attached image.

You can easily have it . This alcohol is entirely different from what you are assuming . For medicinal purposes a different kind of alcohol is used to serve as a base for the medicine.

All Homoeopathic Medicine are made up of alcohal. So don't be panic dust take few drops of medicine with half cup water. It will not create any problem. If you have facing some issue then take it as globule form.
