Hi, Is there any replacement available for Aconitum Nap 200 without the alcohol as it contains 90% v/v alcohol? I have been prescribed this for depression/anxiety with two other medicines. Please see the attached image.

You can easily have it . This alcohol is entirely different from what you are assuming . For medicinal purposes a different kind of alcohol is used to serve as a base for the medicine.

All potency or dilutions in Homoeopathy have alcohol as a medicine vehicle in it. You can take in pills form instead of liquid form.
