Repetitive boils & lessions in buttocks

Hi All , i got repetitive boils & lessions in buttocks in particular area which first was small hard bump then filled with pus & blood then it burst & create lessions for week or 2 need to take antibiotics to cure it get cured completely & all went normal for month or 2 then again it happened I'm clueless please help me what it was & how to treat it.My office was about to re-open how can i sit in office for long durations your small suggestions can save me i would be very thankful...!!!!
