Repeating malaria and typhoid
Sir i am suffering from repeated malaria and typhiod from last 9 year and weakness is also there. i am also suffering from masturbation from last 9 years. i get neg after treatment but again get positive after 4 to 5 month interval. my family is very disturb from me and i am also. now nothing is solving my problem. sometime i also have decided for suicide but i am only hope for my poor family . i am not able to get rid of from repeatation of malaria anad typhiod . sir please help me .
First, don't think of suicide. These are treatable infections.
Repeated malaria could be due to hidden trophozoits in liver. If you had not taken Primaquine 30 mg tablet for 14 days... That will fix malaria problem.
Repeated typhoid could be due to typhoid carrier status. Test for stool Culture , blood Enteric cultures. Need to give you treatment based on sensitivity for full 2 to 4 weeks duration accordingly.

Go to near by Teaching hospital or Medical College hospital.
Health Tips
Also require to test, Vitamin B12, Other tests HBA1C depending on Clinical examination findings.
