Repeated right side ectopic

I am having repeated right side ectopics, so I decided to close right tube. My left tube is slightly long and mild torturous do I need to close that as well and go for IVF or shall I try for natural pregnancy with left tube.

If u r ectopic u r v likely to be ectopic on left as well. Go for I've much better option after closing both tubes
