My grandmom has been suffering from a condition in which she repeated feels some sticky substance in throat and feels like clearing it but unable to clear it ..a sticky cough..from 3 years.  in HRCT of thorax shows 1) fibrotic opacity in lateral basal segment of right lower lobe 2)few lymph nodes in paratracheal region. what should be done now

It may be because of Reflux Laryngitis due to GERD. Give tablet Rabeloc plus empty stomach half hour before breakfast Tablet mucinac 600 one tab dissolved in one glass of water twice daily for 5 days after food
