Repeated cough and wheezing

Getting repeated cough since 3 months.wheezing also repeating 5 to 6 times in 3 months,and shortness of breath. Even after treating with antibiotics with in a weak againg cough n wheezing repeated again. What is the reason for repeated wheezing?

Actually if cough is without fever than it's mostly non infective and it needed treatment accordingly
