Hi, Can we get the knee Cartilage repaired without medications ? i have been asked to take cartigen forte tablets twice a day but that is a non vegetarian medicine and i cannot eat it. please suggest.

Your symptoms may settle down with no medications given time. Cartilage regeneration medications have doubtful efficacy for regenerating cartilage. To know how much the damage is, you will need an MRI scan which will give more information about the joint. Hope this helps.
