Reoccurring UTI and kidney stones

I was detected two small stones in kidney about 4-5 months back and I am taking homeopathic medicines for the same. I have major UTI reoccurring even after doing numerous antibiotic courses. Which medicine is for instant relief at time of severe situation? Also, is URIBID okay to take? What is its prescription/course?
