Reoccurring perianal abscess & fissure
My husband having perianal abscess every 2-3 days which bursts itself and happens again from past 2 months ....though he is not having pain so much ....on consultation doctor diagnosed chronic fissure .. He is very scared of surgery.. till now doctor has not suggested surgery

It may be fistula in ano that's recurrence
