Reoccurring of ulcer in the same spot

I am a hiv patient..I have re occurance of ulcer in the same spot again and again which is painless from the last one month.. I want to know why it is happening

Maybe it is happening due to medications. Or some sharp food particals may cause ulcer. It can also be just an opening of salivary gland.
