Treatment for this kind of stones is required only if it causes pain. Also USG scan may not be 100% accurate. Best option is to increase fluid intake. This will not only help to pass off this calculus but will also prevent stone formation. Get uric acid level chekced. If it's high u may need medication. Avoid too much non veg. Avoid chocolate dates and nuts.
