Removing skin from lips

For last october, i am facing this problem.Skin is removing from my lips and side corners of lips.After removal of skin, white space is there.I went to a doctor she suggest me to take some vitamin pills, and this problem was temporarily cured. But after completion of that course , its back.Sometimes condition becomes so worst, when i smile cracks come and bleeding starts.Please suggest me something that will be helpful .
