Removing left over marks from chickenpox

Hi Doc, I had chicken 2 weeks ago and i am recovering now with the blisters drying up and falling off naturally. But what i observe is that there are minute marks left on my face after the blisters fall off. Can you please suggest how to remove them? Like appication of any OTC ointment etc. How long it will take to get rid of these and get back my original skin? I have my marriage in Feb next year and it is bit urgent to repair these. Thanks in advance.
