How much time will be take to remove the uretic stent by cystoscopy method? Is it painfull or not? Is there any side effects after removal of this stent?

It can be done under local anesthesia and the procedure takes 5 to ten min. Not painful. No side effects of the procedure as such but ur urologist will explain better once he knows the indication why DJ stent was put in.
