Removal of Extra toe outside of finger

My daughter has a well formed additional toe finger in the left leg whereas in the right hand the toe finger is not well formed and it feels like easy removal. For removal of this finger please suggest to me whom to consult. 1. Do I need to consult a Paediatric surgeon 2. Or Plastic Surgeon Attached is the photo of my daughter's toe finger. Please kindly suggest me, Thanks.
