I have dry skin and I sweat a lot. My underarms are really dark. Also I have thick hairs. I wanna know if there is any medicinal tube or remedy to lighten my underarms.

There are few creams available in market like litearms for under arm darkness. There many be medical cause like insulin resistance. Thick hair needs to be treated my laser hair removal technique.
