Hi.. I have continuous ringing sensation. Diagnosed with tinnitus. This is there since last 2 months. Did audiometry. It's only 5% hearing loss in right ear which is where there is ringing sensation. Doc said there is no medication. Can someone help

Tinnitus retraining therapy or u can also opt for sound therapy.  Tinnitus maskers are also available
