Thus is related with monthly cycle. As every month it happens with me only for 3 days . 2 yrs for my marriage passed. Last 2 months I am trying to conceive a baby but last 2 months m getting spotted blooding around 9-10 days regular. Same situation this month. I feel very tired full body pain back lower abdomen legs pain. I don't know what is happ
