Will all people with hsv get hiv? If there are two people with hiv-ve and with hsv. If they had sex at outbreaks period will they get hiv?

No. These are different infections. HIV TRANSMISSION OCCURS BY having sexual relations with infected people, blood transfusions and infected  needle sharing ( as in drug addicts).
